Prerequisites
Before you start, you will need the following information from Intercom.
- Client ID (required for advanced authentication)
- Client Secret (required for advanced authentication)

Connecting Intercom to Peaka

Navigate to the data model page in Peaka.

Click the “Bring your data” button to initiate the connection process.

In the modal that appears, select “Intercom” as your connection type.

Enter a name for your connection and input the Client ID and Client Secret you obtained in the previous step.
- Click “Sign in” to create your Intercom connection and allow Peaka access to your Intercom account.
Congratulations! You’ve successfully connected Intercom to Peaka. You can now access and manage your Intercom data seamlessly within the Peaka platform.
