JIRA Service Management

This article guides you through the process of connecting JIRA Service Management to Peaka, allowing you to seamlessly access your JIRA Service Management data within the Peaka platform.

Connecting JIRA Service Management to Peaka

1. Navigate to the data model page in Peaka.

2. In the side menu bar, click the “New Data Source” button to initiate the connection process.

3. In the modal that appears, select “JIRA Service Management” as your data source.

4. Enter a name for your data source and click the “Sign in” button.

5. It will open a pop up to allow Peaka access to your JIRA Service Management account, click the “Allow” button.

6. Select your Cloud ID and Service Desk ID, then click the Next button.

Congratulations! You’ve successfully connected JIRA Service Management to Peaka. You can now access and manage your JIRA Service Management data seamlessly within the Peaka platform.
